Privacy

We collect only what we need to run your tour safely: names, contact details, emergency contacts, fitness notes, waiver signatures and payment confirmations. Card details are handled by Stripe and never touch our servers.

How we use it

• To confirm bookings, send reminders and contact you on tour day.
• To keep your coach informed about health notes relevant to the tour.
• To ask for a review after your tour.
