Booking terms

Cancellations & changes

  • Public tours: free cancellation and rescheduling up to 48 hours before the start time, from your booking page.
  • Private Tours: free cancellation up to 72 hours before the start time.
  • Inside those windows, bookings are non-refundable. If you cancel anyway, we release your Seat to the Waitlist.
  • You can cancel some of your Seats; refunds are proportional.
  • Card refunds go back to the original card (5–10 business days). Amounts paid by Gift Card go back to the Gift Card.

Every tour runs

Public Departures run even with a single guest. If we ever have to cancel (illness, emergency or unsafe conditions), you’ll receive a full refund automatically.

Booking cutoff

Online booking closes 12 hours before each tour. After that, message us — if there’s room we’ll add you manually.

Waitlist

When a tour is sold out, you can join the Waitlist. Freed Seats are offered in joining order and held for 4 hours.

Guests & waivers

All guests must be 18 or older. Every guest signs their own liability waiver online before the tour. Guests who haven’t signed can sign on-site before the tour starts.

Private Tours

Requests are reviewed by your coach. Once accepted, you’ll receive a payment link that holds your date for 48 hours.

Gift Cards

Gift Cards never expire and can be used toward any tour, Add-on or Private Tour. In line with California law, balances under $10 can be redeemed for cash on request.

LA Gym Tours is an independent tour operator. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any gym, venue or brand mentioned on this site. Third-party venue rules apply during visits.
